1. The Golden Ticket promotion is operated by YASS Clean Ltd.
2. There are a total of five (5) genuine Golden Tickets randomly inserted into a production run of 5,000 Golden Ticket Scent Booster tubs.
3. Each valid Golden Ticket entitles the holder to one (1) gift card with a value of £1,000, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
4. The winner must be aged 18 years or over at the time of claiming the prize.
5. To claim a prize, the original physical Golden Ticket must be presented to YASS Clean. The ticket must be genuine, complete, intact, and not altered, defaced, damaged or tampered with in any way.
6. The unique serial number printed on the Golden Ticket must be clearly visible and must successfully match YASS Clean’s official records for the promotion. Tickets with missing, illegible or altered serial numbers will not be accepted.
7. Golden Tickets must be claimed within 12 months of the date they are discovered. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
8. The prize consists solely of a £1,000 gift card for a retailer selected or approved by YASS Clean. While YASS Clean will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner’s preferred retailer, it reserves the right to refuse a requested retailer and instead provide an alternative gift card of equivalent value.
9. The Golden Ticket prize cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfer or any other monetary alternative. No cash alternative is available.
10. YASS Clean reserves the right to refuse any claim where it reasonably believes that:

• the ticket is counterfeit or not genuine;
• the ticket has been copied, altered, forged or tampered with;
• the serial number is missing, illegible or does not match official records;
• the ticket has been damaged to the extent that authenticity cannot be verified; or
• the claim is fraudulent or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

1. YASS Clean reserves the right to verify the identity of any claimant before awarding a prize and may request reasonable proof of identity and age.
2. YASS Clean accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged Golden Tickets.
3. YASS Clean reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control or to protect the integrity of the promotion.
4. By claiming a Golden Ticket prize, winners agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
5. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
