UK delivery, clearly explained
Delivery charges depend on your postcode, order weight and chosen service. Your available options and final delivery charge, including any eligible discount, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Free standard delivery over £50*
*For eligible orders over £50 after discounts (£50.01 minimum), weighing up to 15kg. Excludes selected remote and offshore postcodes, including Northern Ireland. Express delivery is charged. Orders above 15kg are charged at the applicable weight-based rate.

These are the website delivery charges before any eligible discount, not courier contract prices. Some products, pre-orders or separately fulfilled items may have different delivery arrangements; checkout shows the charge for your basket.
Where we deliver
We offer delivery across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including supported remote and offshore addresses. Available services depend on the exact postcode and items ordered.
Our remote delivery settings currently include Northern Ireland (BT), IV, KW, HS and ZE postcodes; selected AB, FK, KA, PA and PH postcodes (including Arran and Cumbrae); and Isles of Scilly postcodes TR21–TR25. Not every Scottish postcode is remote. Isle of Wight postcodes PO30–PO41 use remote standard prices but mainland express prices. Free standard delivery does not apply to Isle of Wight orders.
Why some areas cost more
Remote and offshore deliveries can require additional transport, ferry crossings or courier handling. We show the applicable delivery price before payment, so you can decide before placing your order.
Delivery times and couriers
Mainland standard: usually 2–3 working days. Mainland express: usually 1–2 working days. Remote standard: usually 3–5 working days. Remote express timing depends on the destination and service availability. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Standard orders are currently routed to Evri and express orders to DPD. The final service depends on the destination and parcel suitability.
Subscriptions and ordering help
Where eligible, the new-order free-delivery offer applies to the first subscription payment only. Existing subscription arrangements are unchanged. Northern Ireland subscription delivery is chargeable; checkout shows both the first-shipment and recurring standard-delivery price. Some other remote or offshore postcodes may currently have one-off delivery options but no subscription option. If this happens, contact us before ordering; do not change your postcode to bypass the restriction.
If checkout does not show a delivery option, please contact hello@yassclean.co.uk with your postcode and basket details. We will check the available service and price before you pay. We will not ask you to submit payment for an unsupported delivery address.
